Group Fitness Classes
Some group fitness classes will recommence on Monday 18th May 2020 as per State Government Guidelines and Restrictions
Please note the below conditions and our latest timetable available at our Time Table page found here
- Class access will be subject to a bookings process and adhere to patron/class limits.
- Bookings can be made by phoning centre reception from Sunday 17th May 2020 for classes on that day or for classes the next day. At the time of booking we will require your full name and contact number.
- You will be required to check in for your booking by visiting Leisureplex reception, pay the required entry fee, receive your class ticket and proceed directly to your class location under the direction of staff.
- If you have your own exercise mat please bring this to classes. You will be required to clean all equipment after your use prior to the equipment again being cleaned by centre staff.

The Trip - NEW CLASS
The TRIP is a 40 minute multi-peak workout with a mix of efforts- short explosive bursts, endurance phases and recoveries. We ride with the energy of the group as we climb, sprint and lean through a captivating virtual landscape that dares to challenge our intensity and push our limits.
