A personal trainer is a great way to achieve your fitness goals. With your assistance, your personal trainer (PT) will establish what you want to achieve and create a training program specifically for you. Your PT will work with you, keeping you motivated and challenged along the way to reaching your fitness goals. We offer individual and group (2-6 people) personal training sessions, which last for your choice of 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
